Yggio v3.42

2026-10-29

New major features

Rule Engine

Extended the Rule Engine with device groups, organisation recipients and a clearer editor.

  • Device group triggers: Start a rule from any device in a device group. Devices added to the group later are included automatically.
  • Group downlinks: Send a LoRaWAN downlink to every device in a device group.
  • Group redundancy checks: Re-check every device in a group, or only the device that triggered the rule.
  • Organisation recipients: Send notifications to the members of an organisation.
  • Clearer editor: Condition nodes show labelled True and False exits, run modes are described in plain words, and save or run errors explain what went wrong.
  • Rule settings from dashboards: Change a rule's settings from a Multi Input widget.

Dashboards

Added a Multi Input widget and more control over charts and floor plans.

  • Multi Input widget: Set device values and Rule Engine settings directly from a dashboard.
  • Chart colours: Choose the colour of each curve in chart widgets.
  • Widget picker: Widgets are grouped into categories and sorted alphabetically.
  • Floor plan values: Hide values per marker, show units, label values a), b), c), and choose the value background colour.
  • Floor plan markers: Adjust the marker size for the whole widget or per device.

Device Icons

Devices can show a preset icon or an uploaded image. Existing device and app icons are migrated automatically.

Connectors

  • Connector wizard: Create Open Weather Map, Celsiview, Klimator RSI and Delta Controls connectors directly from the connector wizard.
  • ThingPark: The Actility ThingPark integration is now named ThingPark, in preparation for the Netmore migration.
  • The Things Network: Send downlinks to TTN devices from the LoRa control tab.
  • Vyer: Synchronize many devices to Vyer at once from Select Many, matched to their Vyer room from the contextual parameters.

General improvements

  • Navigation: The navigation bar is grouped into dropdown sections, with translated names and tooltips.
  • Device List: LoRaWAN devices that report late are no longer shown as signal offline.
  • Device Import: The import result shows what was actually created, updated or skipped.
  • Device Groups: Channels created on a device group also apply to devices added to the group later.
  • Audit Log: Changes to contextual parameters are logged with who made the change and the previous value.
  • Data Entry: Device names, contextual parameters and translator parameters are trimmed of leading and trailing spaces when saved.
  • Organisation Manager: Rules shared with an organisation and its units are listed under Resources.
  • Organisation Manager: Enhanced visibility of password complexity requirements when creating a new member.
  • Command Buttons: Buttons are disabled for users who cannot change devices, with a note explaining why.
  • AI Assistant: The AI LLM token limit is now set per week instead of per day (default 5 million tokens), entered in millions.
  • Expected Report: Reminders for missing reports, and correct handling when monitoring restarts.
  • Almanac Fleet: A transfer is confirmed as complete only when the device has applied the almanac.
  • UDP Integration: Hardened with sender allowlists and rate limiting; devices are no longer created automatically from unknown senders.
  • Security: Stricter access checks for rules and organisation membership, and dependency updates addressing published advisories.
  • Accessibility: Further keyboard and screen reader improvements across the control panel.
  • Platform: Upgraded to Node.js 26.
  • Legal: Updated End User License Agreement (Rev E) and Data Processing Addendum (Rev B).

  • Strega: Smart Valve Gen 2 (SV2/SE2).
  • Milesight EM320-TH: Data recovery translator that fills gaps in the time series.
  • Troubleshooting: Translators that write each uplink to the device log or keep the raw payload in a standard payload field.
